New Orleans bounce icon Big Freedia’s newest collaboration is with an unlikely partner: ice cream giant Ben & Jerry’s.

The product of their collaboration is Big Freedia’s Bouncing Beignets, a vanilla ice cream with a bourbon caramel swirl. The signature flavor was unveiled and served at Republic New Orleans on July 6.

While Bouncing Beignets is not currently available in stores, a Ben & Jerry’s spokesperson confirmed that the company plans on selling the flavor in the future.
